  1. 1. Professionals create profiles

    A free profile captures profession, specialty, experience, work history, credentials, general location, and availability. Credential information is stored as self-reported until reviewed.

  2. 2. Practices search the network

    Participating healthcare employers filter by profession, specialty, location, distance, experience, employment preference, specific day availability, and earliest start date.

  3. 3. Practices request interviews

    A practice sends an interview request with a proposed date, time, and message. The professional accepts, declines, or the practice cancels.

  4. 4. Practices select candidates

    After an interview, a practice can move forward with a candidate and start an onboarding case.

  5. 5. Onboarding is coordinated

    The onboarding case shows the requirements configured for that profession, who is responsible for each item, and its current status.

What the platform does not do

The platform does not determine scope of practice, licensing eligibility, employment eligibility, independent contractor status, supervision requirements, payer eligibility, credentialing approval, or insurance participation. Requirements vary by profession, employer, jurisdiction, payer, and circumstance, and are configured by administrators.
